2 Stems Fresh Rosemary
5 Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoon Butter
1 Small red pepper
1 small green pepper
1 teaspoon chillie Powder
2 Trays mushrooms
500 ml fresh cream
1 Packet Penne Pasta
Fry 3 chopped onions in Olive oil, 2 stems fresh
rosemary, 5 garlic gloves, 2 tablespoon butter
Then add one large red pepper or 1 small red & 1
small green, 1 teaspoon chilli powder and a
little salt, 2 butternuts chopped into even cubes
& cook for five minutes covered.
2 trays chopped mushrooms, cook for a further 5
minutes with no lid on medium to high heat to
water evaporates but not too dry. Must be a still
Add a little more salt and crushed black pepper
accordingly to taste…
Then add 500ml fresh cream and bring to boil
Separately fry prawns in butter and a glove fresh
garlic and ground green chillie (optional) for
about 3 – 5 minutes on high heat. Not too much
Add prawns to butternut and mushroom mixture ….
Boil one packet penne pasta with 1 tablespoon oil
and salt to taste
Add pasta to above mixture.
Set in large dish. Sprinkle cheese and mix
herbs/origanum and melt or serve with a
sprinkling of parmesan cheese…
