½ kg fillet steak ½ tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon ground green chillies 1 tablespoon dhana 1 ½ teaspoon red masala Juice of ½ lemon 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon mayo ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 egg Flour to dip Bread crumbs to coat
Marinate steak in above ingredients except egg for about two hours Dip steaks in flour Then in egg Then in breadcrumbs Fry in shallow oil on medium to low heat
