Mocha Fudge Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

3eggs
1cup caster sugar
4tsps baking powder
8tsps cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 ½ cup flour
125g butter
½ cup milk

METHOD

Beat all the above Ingredients for 3 minutes in a mixer
on medium to high speed ...in the last few seconds
crumble in
2 cadbury flake chocolates
Spoon into cupcake cases and top with finely chopped
fudge pieces (tossed in flour)
Bake at 180 for 15 -20 minutes ... Top with ganache or
any other icing crumble on more fudge if desired
