METHOD
cook fillets In green masala, lemon pepper, garlic, woolies italian rub,jeeroo, salt and green chillies and olIve oIl.
stIr fry veggies in butter, garlic salt, lemon pepper and a pinch of mixed herbs.
mix everything together, lastly adding creams and cheese. Sprinkle with woolies Italian grind. warm through to serve until cheese melts.
Instead of mixing in fresh and sour cream a white sauce could be added:2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon flour or corn flour1 cup milkBraise flour in butter. Add in crushed garlic and Braise. Add warm milk and stir continuously till thickens.Season with salt and pepper.
