INGREDIENTS
For dough:
2 cups flour.
500g cold grated butter.
½ cup cold milk.
1 tablespoon vinegar.
Pinch of salt
Filling:
2 tablespoon butter.
1 tablespoon elachie.
3 cups dessicated coconut.
1 ½ cups sugar(more if u like it sweet).
½ cup icing sugar.
1 ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder.
1 teaspoon rose essence.
2 tablespoon round almonds.
2 tablespoon tastee wheat.
2 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon roasted poppy seeds.
4 tablespoon condensed milK
METHOD
Comb flour salt into a bowl add grated butter and
crumble into flour use a fork.
Sprinkle vinegar gradually add milk tossing with a fork
until dough forms a ball.
Cover and refridgerate for about an hour or until it is
easy to handle
For the filling:
combine filling in a separate bowl and mix well.
Roll dough and cut. Place 1 tablespoon of filling.
Bake at 375\\\'f for 20-30 minutes or until light brown
