Chicken fillet 500g cut in strips2 tablespoon mochachos HOT,MILD or L&H1 teaspoon white pepper 1 eggSalt¼ cup milkHalf cup Flour/crumbsMochachos spice mixed with oil
Dry baste (dip directly) the strips of fillet into the following: salt,pepper,mochachos spice(mixed)Mix milk & egg and add strips, marinade overnight. Remove from fridge,dip into flour/breadcrumbs and deep fry, once fried place hot strips in a colander,take 2 tablespoon mochachos spice of your choice mix with 2 tablespoon oil and throw over strips,toss strips around then place in oven tray and grill for 10 minutes on preheated oven of 200c, serve hot with chips and whip.
