RECIPE
Mexican Strips & Rice
½ kg chicken fillet cut in to strips
Marinate in :
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
1 tablespoon mexican spice
1 tablespoon chicken spice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Cook chicken in butter
When almost done
Add ½ cup mexican chilli sauce and 3 tablespoon fresh cream.
Rice
Boil rice and set aside
Add in 1 tblso spice for rice
Can also add in diced peppers
