INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon red rough chillies
½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
Saffron
¼ cup lemon juice
METHOD
Marinate chicken in spices. Heat a little ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot. Add chicken & cook until done
