INGREDIENTS
½ kg Chicken fillet
1 teaspoon Salt
Dash of Black Pepper powder
1 teaspoon Garlic paste
Vinegar
½ cup All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Orange Color
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Crushed chillies
Veggies:
Trio of peppers (chunky cubes)
Carrot (sticks)
spring onion
French beans
green chillies (cut in thin shreds)
Tomato Sauce
Chilli Sauce
Salt
Soya Sauce
1 Onion (chunky cubes)
4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
Sesame seeds
Dash of pepper
METHOD
Marinate chicken with ingredients marked with *. In a medium pan fill oil about 2cm high. Fry chicken cubes tI'll golden. About 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Sauté onion with garlic cloves and green chilli in a little oil. When onion is soft add the other veggies. Stir fry but veggies must maintain crispness. Season.
Add to chicken and then add sauces. Lightly toss. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot
