INGREDIENTS
Liquidise:
½ tin cream style sweetcorn + 2 eggs
+ 1 onion + chillies
In a bowl mix :
½ cup chana flour+½ cup mielie
meal+2 teaspoon cake flour+2 teaspoon baking
pdwr+1 teaspoon salt+1/4 teaspoon borrie+1 teaspoon
dhania (coriander)+1 teaspoon jeera.
Add wet to dry ingredients.
Now add ½ tin corn (not creamy one)
+abt a cup of oil, little at a
time+bunch chopped bhajie.
Into pyrex (approx. 25x30) . Bake at
180 for 30 minutes-remove and brush with 1
egg and sprinkle sesame or mustard
seeds
Bake another 10min
Slice when cool
