INGREDIENTS
                      steam
baby potatoes
baby carrots
baby mushrooms
2 tablespoon butter sprinkle
1 tablespoon garlic butter
1 teaspoon veggie sprinkle
1 onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic flakes
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 ½ cup finely chopped musrooms
½ cup milk+ 1 tablespoon flour ( paste)
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup milk/ fresh cream
                    
METHOD
                      steam potatoes and carrots
once steamed add mushrooms and spices and 
steam for a further 15 minutes
sauce
braise onions in oil until soft
add spices and mushrooms 
cook until mushrooms are soft
add wet ingredients one by one stirring constantly, 
once thick and creamy 
pour over veggies.
to heat warm in oven for half hour
