INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Few curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 potatoes cut in cubes
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon red chillies fine
1 teaspoon coarse red chillies
1/4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
METHOD
Braise the first 4 ingredients
Rub spices all over potatoes
Add to braised ingredients cook on meduim with
pot closed
After 10 minutes add 1/4c water
Cook for 15 minutes or until soft
