INGREDIENTS
1 packet marie biscuits
200g butter/margarine
5ml vanilla
250g chopped pitted dates
125ml sugar (white or light brown)
coconut
METHOD
Break biscuits into tiny bits. Place butter, sugar,
dates & vanilla in a saucepan. Heat until butter has
melted, Stir in the biscuit pieces. remove from
stovetop. Press down into greased square or
rectangle dish. Sprinkle some coconut over then
leave to set in fridge. Cut into finger shapes.
