INGREDIENTS
2 baby chickens,spatcocked with skin on
½ cup melted butter
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon fresh garlic paste
4 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon course black pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
SAUCE
4 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh garlic,crushed
4 tablespoon nandos mild peri peri sauce
3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
METHOD
Make slits on the chicken
Combine all the ingredients and rub inside the skin
and outside of the chicken.
Marinate overnight.
Fry garlic in butter and olive oil-then add nandos sauce and
lemon juice.
Grill chicken basting with left over marinade.
When grilled on both sides pour sauce over chicken and
serve with chips or baked vegees.
