INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet- cut into strips.
Marinate in:
2 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon chilli pd
½ teaspoon crushed jeeroo
½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
Cook in 3 tablespoon butter...
When halfway cooked add:
half green pepper strips
Half red pepper strips
1 punnet mushroom sliced
1 small onion sliced
Cook till all the water burns out...
Keep aside..
SAUCE:
1 fresh cream
2 tablespoon tamatoe paste
2 tablespoon Minnies peri peri sauce
4 tablespoon Minnies Prego sauce
2 tablespoon Nandos garlic peri peri sauce
Mix and gv 1 boil and add it to d chicken
Layer as follows:
1- chicken and sauce.
2- chips of +- 5 medium potatoes (fried
and add S&P and lotsa vinegar + chilli pd).
3- lots of gouda cheese.
4- sprinkle parsley.
Bake till cheese melts and dish is
steaming hot..
