INGREDIENTS
500 ml cake flour
2ml salt
125ml ice water
125gr cold butter cubed
5ml lemon jice
METHOD
-Sift dry ingredients.
-add butter, and crumb
-add enough water to make a stiff
dough
-cling wrap and refrigerate for an
hour
-roll out on floured surface to 3mm
thickness
Bake raw at 200'C for 35-40 minutes.
