1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) 1 cup castor sugar 1 egg yolk 1 ½ cup desicated coconut 2½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder 2-3 cups flour
Beat ghee (Clarified butter), sugar, baking powder and Elachi (cardomom) well. Then add the following yolk and beat. Mix in coconut. Add flour to form soft dough. Shape into rounds. Bake on 180°c for 15 minutes, switch off oven and leave for 10 minutes.
