INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoon oil1 chicken (cut into pieces/ or quarters)1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon crushed garlic¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ¼ teaspoon white pepper¼ teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce½ bottle Nando's Pepper sauce2 tablespoon Nando's creamy garlic sauce1 tablespoon lemon juice
Optional Sauce-2 tablespoon butter125ml fresh cream½ bottle Nando's pepper sauce
METHOD
1. Marinate chicken. 2. Heat oil, add chicken to pot. 3. Cook till just done. 4. If adding additional sauce, add butter, cream and pepper sauce to a saucepan and simmer until thickened.5. Pour over chicken.
Note: The sauces, Aromat (a South African Spice) and lemon pepper gives salt to the chicken. Taste at the end to see if salt is needed.
You could also cook chicken only halfway, pour the sauce over, then place pot in the oven to roast chicken in sauce till done.#whenruhanacooks#mamataughtmewellrecipes
