½ kg chicken fillet cut into strips 2 pieces bone meat 3 potatoes cut into big cubes and boiled until soft oil 1 onion chopped whole spices ( 2 small pieces cinnamon sticks , 4 cloves , 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods , 4 peppercorn) 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 2 teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi ½ teaspoon Soumph (Fennel) powder ½ teaspoon garam masala salt to taste 3 tomatoes pureed handful chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
6 seeded buns / 1 bread unsliced
grate 2 carrots add 1 green chili chopped , vinegar salt and sugar .
In a pot add oil , whole spices and onions and saute until onions are golden brown . add the ginger garlic and red chili paste and on medium heat let this saute until you get the aroma . add chicken pieces along with all the dry spices, mix and allow to cook until chicken is completely cooked now add the tomato puree and cook until water has burnt out completely add boiled potatoes and mix , garnish with dhania (coriander) ,
to assemble : cut out the top of the seeded bun , now remove the inside soft part of bun , add the cooked chicken inside . top with the carrots and beetroot , place the seeded part back on top and serve immediately
