Romany Cream Dessert

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Romany cream biscuits (crushed)½ cup melted butter1 tin caramel treat 1 tin Nestle cream 1 cup whipped fresh cream 1 peppermint crisp chocolate

METHOD

Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter.
Layer in casserole.
Mix caramel + cream + whipped fresh cream together
Pour cream mixture over biscuit.
Grate peppermint crisp chocolate over to decorate.
Leave to set.
