INGREDIENTS
½ kg fillet steak
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 punnet mushrooms
250ml sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
METHOD
Saute onion in oil.
Cut steak into long strips and add.
Add salt and black pepper
Add strips of green pepper and sliced
mushrooms.
Remove from stove and add sour cream.
Allow cream 2 warm through and serve
with
fluffy rice...
