INGREDIENTS
*2 cups plain flour
*20 ml bakingpowder
*1ml salt
*180ml luke warm milk
*60ml butter
METHOD
Sift flour, rub in softened butter to
form crumbs, add bakingpowder and
salt.
Add in milk and kneed together to form
soft consistency.
If required add more milk.
Roll out onto a floured surface to
about 5mm in thickness.
Fit into a rectangular biscuit baking
tin (about 40-45cm in length)
Brush olive oil over base.
Mix mayo and nandos sauce together and
smear onto base.
Add filling of choice.
Bake at preheated to 200' oven and
bake at 180' for 20 minutes - depending if
you want crispy or soft base.
