INGREDIENTS
½ cup boiling water
4 teaspoon coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¾ cup oil
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1&½ cups flour
3 teaspoon flour
Sift together and fold into mixture.
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
3 tablespoon coffee
METHOD
Boil the water, coffee and essence. Beat the oil and
sugar together till well combined for about 15 minutes.
Add eggs 1 at a time, once all added beat this till
creamy.sift baking powder and flour and fold into
mixture. Pour batter into cupcake pans and bake for
15 minutes on 180. Don't fill too much batter it rises
well.
Method for SAUCE
Boil on stove first on high then lower it till thick
DONNOT leave it unattended it boils over.
When cake out of oven leave for 5 minutes then
remove from pan. Pour he hot sauce over the hot
cake. Whip up a fresh cream and decorate with it.
Drizzle choc over or throw grated choc.
INFO & TIPS
The sauce and cake must be hot.
Spray and cook pan well DONNOT put batter into
paper cups but into pan once decorated can place in
paper cups.
You get 24 cup cakes.
You can use the tiny cup cake with 24 holes in one
pan ull one tray of this and 12 big ones.
This recipe freezes well too
