RECIPE
Place about 4 medium sized potatoes(with peel) in the microwave and cook till done.
Then slice in fours and place in a casserole.dot with butter,salt ,pepper ,Aromat (a South African Spice),and lemon and herb spice if u have. Then prepare the spinach as follows
SPINACH
Sauté 1 onions in ghee (Clarified butter) add salt, pepper, green chillies, little garlic & braise spinach till done. In a separate pot make a white sauce with butter, flour & milk when sauce thickens add 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice), 3 tablespoon mayonnaise& half a cup grated cheese mix in spinach & serve side by side
Spoon spinach over potatoes and top with a little white cheese ,grill in oven till brown!!
