INGREDIENTS
Dough
3 cups flour,
1 packet yeast(purple packet)
2 and ½ tablespoon sugar,
1 egg,
⅓ cup oil,
1 tablespoon butter
...warm milk to dough ...
Filling
3 cups cubed chicken fillet
1 and ½ tablespoon red masala
1 and ½ tablespoon green masala
Salt,Aromat (a South African Spice),dhana Jeeru (Cumin),fine red chillies
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
METHOD
Combine all ingridients for the filling tog in pot and cook over medium heat ...don't let sauce burn out,allow to cool than mix in 1 cup grated cheese
Divide dough into 3 ...roll into a rectangle,spread filling and roll into a swissroll ...plait the 3 rolls and form into a ring ...brush egg,top with cheese,green and red peppers and parsley ...bake at 180 till done.
As soon as it comes out of the oven brush 2 teaspoon olive oil over (optional)
