This has got to be the easiest tasted chicken recipe. All you need....
3 chicken fillets
1 cup flour season with salt and lemon pepper
butter to fry
Cut fillet in half horizontally now flatten with mallet between cling wrap. Drench fillet in seasoned flour. Lightly fry in butter (I fry 2 pieces at a time then return all to pan). Now lower heat squeeze in lemon and close lid just for a few minutes......and bobs your uncle
