3 chicken fillets 1 cup flour season with salt and lemon pepper butter to fry 1 lemon
Here goes..... Cut fillet in half horizontally now flatten with mallet between cling wrap. Drench fillet in seasoned flour. Lightly fry in butter (I fry 2 pieces at a time then return all to pan). Now lower heat squeeze in lemon and close lid just for a few minutes......and bobs your uncle
