Cheesy Mash

INGREDIENTS

4 medium sized potatoes
½ teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
100g cheddar cheese
a few blobs of butter

METHOD

- Peel, potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in 2
cups of water until soft.
- Mash and add salt, pepper and butter.
- Mix in grated cheese.
- Place in casserole and cover.
- Bake in 180 degrees preheated oven until
cheese melts.
