1kg topside steak / chicken fillet into into thin strips 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon red chilli paste ½ lemon freshly squeezed 1 tablespoon gorimas bbq spice 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon orange pepper spice 2 tablespoon prego sauce 1 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce 1 teaspoon mayo 2 tablespoon nandos wild herb sauce ½ can chopped tomato 3 to 4 cups macaroni boiled 3 potatoes boiled and mashed with :saltpepper butter milk cheese sauce :2 tablespoon flour 3 tablespoon butter 3 cups milk ( might need more ) 3 cups gouda cheese salt 1 tablespoon brown sugar breadcrumbs to sprinkle over crisp - I used frimax chicken flavor crushed
marinade meat with all ingredients ,either the chicken or steak whatever you prefer.cook the meat until tender, add water if necessary, add canned tomato and cook it out alittle ,set aside . In the meantime whilst the meat is cooking boil macaroni and set aside.also boil potatoes , peel , mash add the seasoning and set aside .
cheese sauce :Add butter to a pot wait till it melts add flour and lower heat medium to low mix and braise for a minute start adding mix and whisk to avoid lumps add the cheese along with the salt and sugar.allow this to cook . if its too thick add more and simmer . Assemble : In an oven proof dish layer a thin layer of mash add the meat ( the chicken or mutton ) add the boiled macaroni pour the cheese sauce over everything . sprinkle with bread crumbs all around as well as the crushed crisp, garnish with parsley,place in oven and heat it up ,serve immediately.

you can add jalapenos once you pour over cheese sauce .
