INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1cup castor sugar
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
5 teaspoon cocoa
¾ cup oil
1 cup flour
¼ cup boiled water
METHOD
Separate eggs. Beat whites till stiff. Add castor sugar and beat den add yolks and oil beat till light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients. And fold in together with
the boiled water. Grease muffin tins &
fill with batter to bout ¾ way up. Bake in 180deg oven.
INFO & TIPS
Topping:
1 tin caramel treated(lightly beaten)
1 slab plain chocolate(melted)
Mix the caramel&chocolate 2gda,pour over cakes
