Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Whip egg whites until stiff.Sift dry ingredients together In a separate bowl mix the egg yellow,oil,vanilla essence.Beat this for a few minutes and add the dry ingredientsNow gradually add the water Lastly fold in the egg whites grease a square pan , line with lunch wrap Pour batter and bake for 20 minutes or until done.wait 3 to 4 minutes, remove cake allow to cool.spread some beaten fresh cream and pour chocolate sauce over .
