Minion Cake

Basic sponge cake turned into crumbs
Basic buttercream icing made with white wooden spoon butter
Cylindrical container/pot
A shallow bowl same diameter as the cylinder container/pot
Colouring (Blue, yellow, black)
METHOD
Place your crumbs into a bowl, add some icing to bind the crumbs.
Arrange the crumbs into both the cylinder pot/container and the shallow bowl.
Make sure there is enough icing to bind it.
Place in the freezer for a few hours until it is frozen and easy to work with.
Once you have removed the cake feom the feeezer you need to work fast and stick the two pieces together. The shallow bowl will act as the rounded head piece.
Now smear the yellow icing all around the cake evenly.
Next pipe a blue tunic for the minion.
The eyes will be made with the plain white wooden spoon icing mix.
Now create the details with the black coloured icing. I.e The buttons, eye rim, eyes, mouth etc.
