Dough 5cups flour1 packet yeast instant4 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 cup milk⅓ cup oil11/2 warm water 1 egg.make dough by adding all liquid ingredients to dry basic dough and allow to rise double size and use as desired
Roll out dough in small circles brush with sauce place meat filing slices of mozarella cheese mushrooms sliced robot peppers and chedar cheese grated fold over in semi circle sprinkle origanum and diced peppers.bake on 200degres celcius.Till pale gold freeze.I take them out in morning keep in fridge and warm in microwave before iftar...
