6-7 Potatoes boiled and cut in circles or big cubes 1 x 250 ml sour cream 1 packet vegie bake (Sour cream and chives flavour) 4 tablespoon Plain Yoghurt ½ packet white onion soup 2 teaspoon ground green chillies Salt and pepper to taste Chopped green pepper Cheese to grate over the top
Boil Potatoes and cut in rounds or big cubes and place in oven proof casserole dish. Mix all remaining ingredients together till well combined. Pour over potatoes and mix. Grate Cheese on top and sprinkle with dried origanum or parsley. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
