Mutton Curry With Vegetable

INGREDIENTS

350g Mutton, (washed & cleaned ) 2 Onions2xTomatoes, chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic paste2 teaspoon Masala1 teaspoon Garam Masala(optional) ½ teaspoon Paprika½ teaspoon Jiera1 level teaspoon Tumeric2 Kardamon pods2 Stick Cinnamon OilWaterSalt 1x cauliflower cubed4 potatoes, precookedDanya
Serves 2

METHOD

Braise the onion, tomato, garlic in a pot add the meat cook for 30 minutes until soft, add the spices & lastly the potatoes. Cook for another 15 minutes.Njoy with cauliflower on the side or any veg.Add Danya lastly.
