
Avocado Ice Cream

2 Ripe Avocados (Peeled and roughly cubed)
50g single cream
1 ½ cup milk
350g condensed milk (or depending on your sweetness)
140g Nestle extra thick cream
METHOD
1. Blend Avocados, single cream, milk and condensed milk in a blender.
2. Add Nestle thick cream and blend again.
3. Churn mixture in ice cream machine.
