INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1 ¼ cups of flour
¼ cup of cocoa
3 teaspoon baking powder
half cup of oil
half cup of boiled and cooled water
METHOD
Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy.Add sifted dry ingredients, oil and water.Mix well. Half fill cup cake cases and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes on 180 degrees.

Melt 180g of Cadbury dairy milk/topdeck with a small tin of nestle cream for 1 minute in a microwave.Mix well. Allow to cool.Spread icing over cupcakes and decorate .
