INGREDIENTS
120 gr Dark chocolateΒΌ tablespoon hot chocolate2 tablespoon Icing sugar1 teaspoon Corn flour2 tablespoon Cocoa powder1&ΒΌ cup Fresh cream
METHOD
Chop the chocolate roughly. Add the chocolate and Β½ cup cream to a pot, melt together while stirring. Once everything is melted, remove from the heat and continue stirring.Beat the remainder of the cream, add the icing sugar and corn flour in and beat the cream some more.Once beaten add in the hot chocolate and Cocoa powder, fold in the cream and chocolate mixture with a spatula and mix gently ensuring no lumps remain.Pour out into individual glasses or a bowl and decorate with flake pieces. Refrigerate for +- 1 hour.
