INGREDIENTS
1 pack white pita bread
½ kg Chicken fillet:
Chillie powder
crushed red chillies
Garlic
Mayonnaise
chillie sauce
Salt
Pepper Green, red, yellow
½ onion chopped
White sauce:
2 cups Milk
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup Cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 tablespoon butter
METHOD
1. Toast pitta bread on both sides till slightly brown and slit in the centre. .set aside
2. Marinate chicken: salt, garlic, chillie powder, crushed chillies, Mayonnaise and chilli sauce
3. Braise onion on low heat with butter till golden brown, add chicken cook on low heat, add julienne sliced peppers..keep chicken saucy
4.White sauce: boil 1.5 cups milk, add salt and pepper to taste, garlic, butter, parsley. Half cup milk make a paste with flour..add to boiled mixture stir until thick..add cheese
5. Grease casserole dish layer dish like lasagne.
Pita bread, chicken, white sauce...continue end with pitta bread..toasted side facing up..top with cheese...bake in oven till cheese melts then grill till cheese brown

If white sauce does not get thick add more flour..make a paste again with the milk the in the pot
