1 can chick peas drained½ cup cucumber chopped fine1 small tomato chopped fineCubed feta cheese Lettuce washed and pat dry Warm pitas (Woolies or pnp) & cut in ½ Place a lettuce leaf inside pita. Mix tomato, cucumber, chickpeas and feta. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons hummus, season with salt and pepper. Add mayo or dressing of your choice. Fill into pita. Enjoy.
