TENNIS BISCUIT CHEESECAKES
1 packet tennis biscuit
Process until fine then add
60g butter melted
Press into pan,or mini cups..allow to harden
Filling :
230g cottage cheese
385 g condensed milk
30ml lemon juice
250ml fresh cream, whipped
2ml lemon rind grated
Method:
Combine cottage cheese,condensed milk,and lemon juice.beat lightly..leave 2thicken slightly,fold in whipped cream and lemon rind. Pour into biscuit crusts and top with more crushed tennis biscuit..(Optional) Leave 2 set in the fridge..decorate as desired..
