Makes 1 large Pizza
Ingredients:
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup low fat plain yoghurt
METHOD
In a bowl mix the 2 ingredients until a dough forms. Cover and allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes.
Flour a work surface and using a rolling pin, roll the dough until it is roughly the size of the pizza tray you are using.
