INGREDIENTS
1 pack tea lovers biscuits (Plain butter biscuits will also do)
1 tin condensed milk
3 cups warm water
15ml butter or margarine
100ml maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)
75ml cold water
3 TB vanilla essence
2 medium eggs
METHOD
Arrange the biscuits in a dish, making a base for the mixture.
Mix the condensed milk, butter or margarine, warm water and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix maizena (corn flour), cold water, vanilla essence, eggs separately.
Combine the two mixtures.
Microwave for 5-8 minutes on high. and stir briskly at regular intervals.
Slowly pour mixture over the biscuits.
Sprinkle cinnamon or crushed biscuits on top.
Let the mixture set in the fridge and enjoy!
FOR A VARIATION: ADD 100 ML CUSTARD POWDER FOR A CUSTARD TART AND DECORATE WITH FRESH FRUIT OF CHOICE.
