INGREDIENTS
                      1 teaspoon red garlic masala2 teaspoon crushed garlic.          
¼  cup lemon juice.      ¼ cup Nandos garlic sauce.  3 heaped tablespoon  Mochachos spice.     2 tablespoon Mochachos sauce(optional). 
5 tablespoon Mayonnaise                                  
Egg yellow colouring. 
Sauce:-                              5 tablespoon butter.              ¼ cup fresh cream.    Splash of lemon juice.    Parsley flakes.           
 Bring sauce 2 a boil.  
                    
METHOD
                                   	Optional          Allow chicken to marinate 4 an hour in above mixture.Cook in some garlic butter until done.           Transfer chicken 2 a pyrex and throw sauce over. Cover with heavy duty foil and grill in oven 4 ± 15mins.
