INGREDIENTS
5 cups grated carrots 4 cups milk. 2 cups ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter). 4 tablespoon tasty wheat. 1 tin condense milk. 1 cup sugar. 2 teaspoon elachie powder. 1 tin nestle cream. Almonds ( optional).
METHOD
Braise carrots in 1 cup ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) and thereafter add in milk, boil for 2 hours on medium heat. Now in another pot/ pan braise tasty wheat with remaining ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) and add to carrot mixture. Add in elachie powder, almonds and nestle cream. Once the carrot mixture thickens add in condense milk and sugar. The whole procedure from start to end must be do on medium to low heat. Also it must be stirred continuously to avoid burning. Enjoy
