Creamy Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS

3 medium potatoes diced
60g butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 teaspoon whole jeera
125ml fresh cream
125ml grated cheese
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies
1 tin creamstyle corn
Salt,pepper
Cheese for top
Boil potatoes,drain water.melt butter,add jeera and onion and saute until

soft and glossy...add cream,cheese,chillies,corn,potatoes and seasonings..pour

into an oven proof dish..sprinkle with cheese,garnish with chopped green

pepper,and bake till cheese melts
