1x410g tin creamed sweet corn.
2 beaten eggs.
60g melted margarine.
60ml warm milk.
350ml self raising flour.
Place sweet corn,eggs,salt,milk and 30g margarine into a bowl and mix well. Mix the flour and paprika to form a dough.
Brush a bread tin with melted margarine,dust with flour and pour in the dough. Bake at 170' C until well risen and lightly browned for about 45 minutues. Brush with the rest of the melted margarine to keep the top soft. Tips.
You can substitute the sweet corn with half the quantity diced black olives and half the quantity chopped onions for a savoury loaf
