2 Minute Noodle And Cheese Squares

INGREDIENTS

2 pkts 2 minutues noodles(boiled with the spice till
cooked and no water remains) cool

4 eggs beaten

Half green or red pepper cubed

1 cup. Frozen or kernnel corn

Salt and pepper to taste - I added half a teaspoon of
spice for rice coz I love its flavour.

One cup grated cheese

METHOD

Mix all of the above together. Top with more
grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven
till firm,about 30 minutues!!!
So easy and the kids love anything with 2min
noodles!! An ideal lunch box treat too!

2 the above ȋ̊ added some green masala , chopped dhania (coriander) ñ∂ spring onions ñ∂ some milk wen ȋ̊ beated the egg. Then on top ȋ̊ sprinkeld ώĩ†̥ђ mixed herbs.
