125g butter ¾ cup castor sugar
¼ cup golden syrup 1 ½ teaspoon ginger powder 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon bicarb ± 2 ½ cups Self Raising flour to make a soft dough.
Cream butter & sugar.. Add egg & mix well. Add syrup & spices. Make dough with flour. Form into balls, flatten slightly & bake untill golden brown ± 15min.
