Julienne carrots and cucumber
Chop lettuce roughly
Cube pineapple and apple
Layer on a plate
Drizzle with dressing made of:
Mayonaise
Little sour milk/fresh cream
Splash lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Drop of honey
Fry your chinese noodles and place over salad just b4 serving..
In a frying pan chop a handfull each of almonds,pecans,dates and sesame seeds..fry in little ghee (Clarified butter)..place ontop of noodles and serve
