In a Food ProcessorAdd100g Soft Butter Or Margarine 4 tablespoon Soft ghee (Clarified butter)½ Cup OilBeat well Add ¾ Cup Normal SugarBeat well till light and creamyAdd½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Nutmeg1 teaspoon freshly Ground Elachi (cardomom)2 tablespoon Semolina2 tablespoon Dessicated Coconut Beat well againAdd1 heaped teaspoon Baking Powder½ teaspoon BicarbBeat againGradually add +-1 & ¾ Cups Sifted Flour Mix beat wellMake Small Ping Ball with doughFlatten VERY SlightlyDip Almond in milk and stick on each Naan Khatai (Or Leave it Plain) Place on 2 greased baking trays spread them far apart as they increase in sizeBake at 170* for +- 18 to 20 minutesOr until doneEnjoy😋
